What We Liked Most at Hilton Vallarta Riviera
The Sky Bar Has Stunning Sunsets
The Sky Bar was one of our favorite spots. The sunsets up there are stunning. If you only plan one special evening, make it a sunset drink at the Sky Bar.
The Martini Bar Feels Like a Hidden Lounge
The martini bar is another cool spot. It has a speakeasy feel. It is a nice place to grab a drink and hang out after dinner.
The Water Is Nice and Easy to Walk In
The beach is narrow. It sits right up against the property. So you will not find a huge beach lined with rows of loungers.
But the water itself is nice. You do not need water shoes to walk in. There are also only a couple of beach vendors, so you will not get bugged much.
What Could Be Better
Our one real complaint is the paint work. Some of the touch up painting around the resort is sloppy. You may see paint past the trim or drips in spots.
It is a small thing. It does not ruin a stay. But little details like this matter, and they would be easy to fix. If you can look past it, the core of the resort is solid.
