Planning Highlights

The Decisions That Shape Your Whole Trip

These are the four choices that make the biggest difference between a good Disney week and a great one.

  • 01

    Resorts At Every Budget Level

Value, moderate, and deluxe resorts each come with a different location, transportation setup, and feel. Stacy matches the resort to how your family actually moves through a park day.

  • 02

    Lightning Lane Strategy

Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass can save significant time in line when they are planned correctly. Booking windows open earlier for Disney Resort hotel guests, so the timing matters.

  • 03

    Character Dining And Dining Plans

Character meals and the hardest to get tables book fast when the reservation window opens. A dining plan can also make your Disney vacation feel more all inclusive.

  • 04

    Disney's Enchanting Extras Collection

Exhilarating animal encounters, delectable dining, breathtaking fireworks viewing experiences, and so much more. Worth adding when there is a birthday, anniversary, or milestone in the group.

No. You pay the same price you would pay booking directly with Disney, and Stacy’s planning service is free. Advisors are paid a commission by Disney after you travel, so the cost never comes out of your vacation budget.

You also get a three day courtesy hold on your reservation while your family decides, and Stacy keeps watching for promotional rates she can apply to a booking you already have.

6 to 12 months out is the comfortable window, and earlier is better for holidays, spring break, and large groups. The reason is the reservation calendar rather than the booking itself.

Dining reservations open 60 days ahead, and Disney Resort hotel guests can book their whole stay in one session at that mark. Lightning Lane selections open seven days ahead for Disney Resort hotel guests and three days ahead for everyone else. Starting early means you are ready when each window opens instead of scrambling.

Last minute trip? I’m experienced in putting together great Disney vacations on short notice and can help make the most of your time, even when your travel dates are coming up fast.

Most families land somewhere between 5 and 7 nights. That usually allows one day in each of the four theme parks, one rest or pool day, and a little breathing room for a water park, Disney Springs, or a repeat visit to whichever park your group loved most.

Shorter trips absolutely work, they just need tighter choices about which parks make the cut. That is one of the first things Stacy will talk through with you.

Yes. For guests who do not mind paying more for added flexibility, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass lets you use eligible Lightning Lane entrances without scheduling individual return times throughout the day. You can spend less time on your phone and enjoy the park at your own pace. For an even more personalized experience, Disney VIP Tours are also available, and Stacy can help facilitate those arrangements as well.

A Lightning Lane Pass lets you use a shorter line for select attractions at Walt Disney World. Depending on the pass you choose, you can reserve eligible rides and return during a scheduled time window, helping you spend less of your vacation waiting in line.

The Lightning Lane Premier Pass is a premium option for guests who want more flexibility and less time spent planning rides on their phone. It allows you to use eligible Lightning Lane entrances once per attraction without scheduling individual return times, so you can explore the park at your own pace.

Disney Resort hotels offer perks like early park entry, complimentary transportation, earlier Lightning Lane booking, and fun Disney and Pixar theming that keeps the magic going beyond the parks.

Off-property hotels can offer more space or better value. Stacy can compare both options and help you choose what works best for your trip.
