Our family was planning a trip to the western Pacific Islands as a retirement gift. This trip had multiple island stops and so many changes since planning started over a year ago. Our agent, Brittany Parker, was great at understanding what our wishes and goals were and delivered. She kept us engaged and informed throughout the planning and was also immediately available during travel if questions came up. The service from Cyndie was outstanding. She planned every step of the trip for us. The app. was spectacularly useful with the chronological order of each step of the trip linked to tickets and the source documents for each vendor. If you’re looking for a travel agency that goes above and beyond,look no further than Light Travels. Wade and his team made it seamless when booking our trip with them. He even went above and beyond by calling me during our layover to let me know that our gate was changed and the flight was slightly delayed. Light Travels is the travel agency we didn't even know we needed.  We have booked multiple trips through them, from inclusive tropical resorts to complicated European trips. Wade and his team made it easy to book, answered all of our detailed questions in a timely manner and even actively tracked our air travel and itinerary to make sure there were no complications. It was like having our own  personal concierge service. I also appreciated the wisdom and insight they gave us before we booked. For example, I was not sure which location to choose for a Spring break getaway. Wade gave us several options and honest feedback on what was the best value and experience for our family.
